On February 12, 2021 our athletes performed in 1m springboard at the Russian diving cup in Penza.

Our scholarship holders were competing with other 36 athlete and showed the following results:

«After a long break from competitions I was nervous more that usually, but it went as I expected. Nothing particularly good or bad, just right in the middle. First dive went worse as my legs were shaking. Then I calmed down and did my dives steadily. Pretty happy with my first start of the year», - commented Sebaestian Konecki.

«I'm quite satisfied with my result, but of course, next time I will be much more confident and prepared better. The competition was organized very well and on a high level and im really happy to take part in such competition», - said Irakli Sakandelidze.

It was the first competition of this year and it was a great experience for our guys. Competitions are able to replace 1 month of trainings, it means that you develop yourself faster, than during the training process, because it's a special environment, when you learn how to work in stressful situations.

We are happy to have the opportunity to take part in the competitions in this difficult time of the pandemic situation. It's just the beginning and we are sure our divers will show good results in the nearest future!
