Yesterday, on January 10, 2021, Irakli Sakandelidze is diver from Georgia joined our team. Welcome to Tatarstan, to the most beautiful city of Kazan!

Before arriving in Kazan, Irakli did not sleep for 48 hours. The fact is that because of the excitement before the trip, Irakli could not sleep, and then he had 2 flights: Tbilisi - Istanbul, Istanbul - Kazan, meanwhile, the transfer in Istanbul lasted 15 hours. But we believe it was worth it! Kazan is a wonderful city, we are sure that Irakli will discover all the beauty of our city and spend a memorable year, participating in our scholarship program!

"When my coach told me that I would go to Kazan, I was happy to know that I would train here, for me it is a big step towards my dreams. Of course, I was worried about everything, but I'm glad that I'm finally here in Kazan! I want to learn how to perform many difficult jumps in order to become much more stronger, than I am now," – said Irakli.

Earlier, in Georgia, Irakli did not have any opportunity to train at the pool, since all the pools were closed due to the quarantine measures. Now, after a long break, it is the time to set new goals and use all the opportunities which our scholarship program gives to the young and ambitious athletes!
