Ado Gargovic is the 1st athlete after pandemic
On January 7 2021, the first participant of the scholarship program of the FINA Development Centre - the swimmer Ado Gargovic from Montenegro arrived in Kazan after the pandemic situation. For the FINA Development Centre, the opportunity to re-open our doors for new athletes all over the world is a real happiness and a joyful event. For a long time, our team missed new friends, but now the situation in the world is getting better and we are happy to announce that our team is growing!

Earlier, Ado Gargovic had already participated in the scholarship program and returned home after the program expired. Last year, the Montenegrin Swimming Federation decided, that Ado would take part in the program again, we were very happy to know that!

«When I arrived to Kazan, I felt secured for my future training process because I know I will get better with most amazing team I've ever swim with. I set myself a goal to be the best swimmer in my country so I am expecting from coaches that they will give their efforts in order to achieve my goals. Also I expect and I know I will have a great and fun time here in best training centre» - said Ado Gargovic.

Today, on January 9, 2021, we are looking forward for the arrival of the next athlete - diver Sebastian Konecki (Lithuania).
